Travel back to 1863, the year of the passage of the Emancipation Proclamation and the Battle of Gettysburg. Historian Howard Coffin will explain how Vermont's Second Brigade changed the tide of the Civil War, and discover its contributions at Pickett's Charge during the battle of Gettysburg.
