DESCRIPTION:The Norman Rockwell Museum “Saturday Morning Cartoons” social media sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 24, 2016 and ends on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.
This promotion will be conducted exclusively online and available only to friends/followers of Norman Rockwell Museum’s social media pages. There is no purchase necessary to become a friend/follower of the Museum’s social media pages.Participants can post a photo, video, audio clip or meme of memorable Saturday Morning memory to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram using the hashtag “#SaturdayMorningCartoonsNRM”.

Participants who complete this action will automatically be entered to win. There will be one winner during the duration of the sweepstakes. The winner will receive:

• Gift bag of Norman Rockwell Museum and Hanna-Barbera memorabilia – Qty 1
• Hanna-Barbera: The Architects of Saturday Morning Exhibition Catalog- Qty 1

No substitution of prize is offered (including cash), no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted without agreement from Norman Rockwell Museum and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value.

On Monday, May 5, 2017, a winner will be selected and notified.

HOW TO ENTER:

Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents. Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. To participate, participants must do the following:

1. Participants must friend Norman Rockwell Museum on any one of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

2. Between October 24, 2016 and ends on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. participants must post a photo, video, audio clip or meme on social media and using the hashtag #SaturdayMorningCartoons.

3. Entry must be completed by Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.
4. There are no limits to the number of entries per person.

5. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a participant’s online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the Twitter, Facebook or Instagram account at the time the entry was made.

6. By posting your photo on social media, you acknowledge responsibility for ownership of and/or permission to use the photo. Additionally, you grant permission to the Norman Rockwell Museum to use your photo for promotional purposes in any of the following ways: on the Norman Rockwell Museum social media pages, on the Norman Rockwell Museum website, in Museum emails, in general marketing campaigns for Norman Rockwell Museum.
7. Norman Rockwell Museum reserves the right to omit any entry on the grounds of being vulgar, offensive, or threatening to another person or set of people or violates any of the aforementioned requirements to enter.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

1. The drawing is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of contest registration, unless otherwise specified.

2. Employees of Norman Rockwell Museum, its officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, promotional partners, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, members of the immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, or grandparent), and members of the households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate or win in this drawing.

3. Persons who have won a prize in another contest or promotion of any kind from Norman Rockwell Museum within the ninety-day (90) period immediately preceding the start date of this drawing are not eligible to participate.

4. Participants agree to abide with any applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

2. Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by Norman Rockwell Museum.

3. The winner will be notified by social media platform by which they submitted their entry, by May 5, 2017. The winner or selected entrant will then have twenty-four hours to respond with their contact information. If the winner or selected entrant is unable to be contacted within twenty-four hours after being selected (e.g. drawing date), or is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

4. Winner will be instructed to call or e-mail Norman Rockwell Museum at (413) 298-4100 or social@nrm.org to claim their prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. No purchase necessary. Promotion is void where prohibited. Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

2. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants participating during the Promotion Period.

3. Norman Rockwell Museum retains the right to disqualify any entrant if all promotion rules are not followed.

4. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Norman Rockwell Museum has neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or to any portion thereof.

5. Any information collected by registering to enter the contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

6. If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts, criminal acts of third parties, an insufficient number of qualified entries, or any other causes beyond Norman Rockwell Museum’s control which, in Norman Rockwell Museum’s sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, Norman Rockwell Museum reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing at their sole discretion.
