GIFTS OF ARTWORK ♥
Gifts of art, or cash to purchase art, ensure that the Museum can continue to carry out its mission. Your gift of artwork can help the Museum strengthen and broaden its collection.
There are many ways to make a gift of art to meet your current and future financial as well as personal goals. By giving artwork you are ensuring that your cherished artwork will receive the best possible care and be enjoyed by the public. Some of the ways to make a gift of art include:
An outright gift of artwork which allows you to receive a charitable deduction for tax purposes.
A fractional gift of artwork which permits you to keep partial ownership of your work and receive a charitable deduction for tax purposes.
A gift of artwork through bequest not only allows you to keep your artwork for the remainder of your life but ensures it will have a proper home when you no longer are able to care for it while lessening the potential burden of estate taxes on your heirs.
