Stockbridge, MA, June 26, 2012—Norman Rockwell Museum will present “Illustration Boot Camp: A Hands-On Immersion” with illustrator Lynn Pauley during the week of July 9 through 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Ms. Pauley will lead students in direct drawing and painting from life and experimenting with color, materials and various techniques. The weeklong workshop offers participants an opportunity to build a portfolio for art school or professional presentation. Admission to the Illustration Boot Camp costs $225, $195 for Museum members. Lynn Pauley has created imagery for such noted publications as “The New York Times,” “Rolling Stones,” “Ladies’ Home Journal,” “Good Housekeeping, and “New York,” and her artwork has appeared on Broadway marquee and the walls of major outlets like Gap and Dean & Deluca.
